L 71 Contemporary Home with a Combination of Concrete and Hardwood Striped by Office AT

Popularized and was designed by architect firm Office AT, and is located in Ladprow Soi 71, Bangkok, Thailand. L71 House is a testament to contemporary design that has been carefully planned to cost around 13 Million Baht. Have adequate project area about 650 square meters, the house is rectangular, which will be used for needs such as, private and public space.

For a tasteful comfort, the house structure is formed of several elements such as, concrete, transparent glass, and some natural materials such as plywood hard stripes. Everything dominate the entire space of the divided house. With an impressive modern interior, parts of the front side of the house produces a good ventilation and allows natural light to enter freely into the house.

And through a long discussion between the homeowner and the designer team, finally, public places such as living room and parking place on the front side, while the back side of the house used as a private area such as for dining room, bedroom, guest bedroom, and pool.
