Mexican Modern House Architecture Design by Hernandez Silva
Based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, Silva Hernandes Architect Firm became involved in several important projects such as housing, commercial construction and design since 1988. They present a contemporary home design with the function and purpose that have been measured.
Casa Ocho Tres Paredes is the perfect results that have been completed by them with the concept and plan accordingly for the needs of a modern family. Located in the City of Tlajomulco, de Zuniga, Mexico, this is a modern two-story home designs that offer a high level of privacy.
Mixture of white walls in the front and side have been collaborated in perfectly with transparent glass window. While the timber outlets are also added to the measured angle at the front for air circulation and sun path. Each space between the top and bottom connected by a wooden staircase is decorated with clear glass and showing out in a unique square shape of the buildings around.
Whole house consist of 22 important space. All rooms are separated by basement, ground floor and second floor. Garage, storage room, laundry room in the basement, while the public area consists of living room, dining room, pantry, kitchen placed on the ground floor and second floor is used as a private space such as bedrooms, tv room, master bedroom space, master dressing, and the master bath and powder. Several large open terrace and swimming pool are other features that come added here.
Furniture and lighting, are strictly selected and arranged with an ideal layout. It aims to give the impression of calm for free and can be used as a meditation center and retreat.
