Focus on sustainable design concepts of modularity and flexibility to the design of this house was designed by architect Denieuwegeneratie. Professionally managed by Sanne Oomen, Oscar Thomas Vos & Dieben, the company has been established since 2008.

Popularized also by Homedit, the house is built on an area of 709 square meters. Designed to be balanced with the existing ecosystem, this house is made from environmentally friendly materials, like glass, wood and aluminum. These are the materials commonly used in most modern modular homes.
